From meandering river flats bound by rolling green hills, to steep gullies coated in rough native grasses, Kakahu leaves her footprint. 1200ha of cherished, flourishing farm land, etched into the fragile South Canterbury landscape; the perfect breeding ground for quality beef.

900 black Angus cattle call Kakahu home, and dappled among them are 90 robust white Charolais. Together they roam and thrive alongside 2500 ewes, just as the commercial farmer needs them to.

AngusPRO are a group of New Zealand Angus studs that encompass over 40% of New Zealand’s registered Angus cattle.
